2025 Fantasy Outlook
Injuries cost Adams the first couple months of the season, but once he was fit he quickly earned starting minutes in holding midfield. While he didn't top 2,000 minutes he showed his quality and earned more minutes as the seasons progressed, forming a nice pairing with Ryan Christie at the base of the midfield. He added three assists, though he's a true defensive midfielder, with just 18 chances created and nine shots. Adams will be a rock-solid starter next season, with limited offensive upside.
Solid defensive work in win
Adams recorded four tackles (two won), two clearances and four interceptions in Friday's 2-0 victory versus Australia.
ANALYSIS
Adams has created one chance in both games so far in the World Cup, but his defensive-minded role as the team's holding midfielder suggests he'll continue to earn most of his fantasy upside through defensive stats. He's expected to continue anchoring the midfield unless manager Mauricio Pochettino decides to tweak the XI for the group-stage finale against Turkiye on Thursday, June 25.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Red Devils showing interest
Manchester United could make a move for Adams in the January transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.
ANALYSIS
Adams suffered a knee injury in the 4-4 draw against Manchester United on Dec. 15 and is expected to miss the rest of the calendar year. The Red Devils have been impressed with Adams' displays for the Cherries, and since the Red Devils need to sign a new midfielder, a move for Adams makes perfect sense. It's unclear if Bournemouth will be open to part ways with the USMNT star, though.
