Tel joined Tottenham on loan in the middle of last season and was reasonably productive off the left wing while Heung-Min Son struggled with injury. Tel scored twice and added an assist, though he created more than once chance per game (14) and took almost two shots per game (23). Son is 33 and has struggled with injuries in recent seasons, two things that could open the door for Tel to step into a bigger role under a new manager. Tel has shown significant upside in the past, scoring seven times and adding five assists in just 1,030 minutes for Bayern Munich in 2023/24, and there will be plenty of production available in this attack.
