Mathieu Choiniere

Choiniere was officially transferred to LAFC from Grasshopper Club Zurich after that the transfer option in his loan has been activated. He signed a contract with LAFC through the 2028 season with an additional option for 2029, the club announced. Choiniere is back in Los Angeles FC from international duty with Canada, the club posted.

Choiniere is out for the club's matches against Toronto and Austin after being called up by the Canadian national team.

Choiniere scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Saturday's 2-0 victory against New England Revolution.
