Joe Willis

Willis is coming off the worst campaign in his five seasons with Nashville. He conceded 44 goals and kept eight clean sheets in 29 starts, both of which were his worst since joining the club. He was especially poor during the second half of the season as he conceded multiple goals in 11 of his last 14 starts and kept just two clean sheets over that stretch. With the starting backline all returning in 2025, Willis could have another down season unless reinforcements are brought in. At 36 years old, if he struggles again next season, it's possible the club could begin to look towards the future.
