Cole Palmer
23-Year-Old
Chelsea
Premier
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Palmer followed up his breakout campaign with 15 goals and eight assists in 2024/25, though it was a slight dip from the previous season's 22 goals and 11 assists. Notably, that prior production came in 581 fewer minutes, albeit with a ridiculous nine penalties converted (he took one last season). Still just 23 years old, Palmer should remain one of the best fantasy options in the league. Despite Chelsea adding numerous bodies to the attack, it's hard to see Palmer losing starts, keeping his floor higher than most having not dealt with a bad injury the past two years. There is some concern his numbers dropped in the second half of last season, but some of that can be attributed to injuries around him, something that shouldn't be a problem again given Chelsea's summer spending.
Continues rough period
Palmer registered four shots (one on goal), one cross (one accurate) and two chances created in Sunday's 3-0 loss versus Manchester City.
ANALYSIS
Palmer is usually known as the talisman for Chelsea, but has been on a rough streak of play, now without a goal contribution in five straight appearances in all competitions, not being one of the seven goals in their massive FA Cup win over Port Vale. That said, the attacker remains at nine goals and one assist this season, still searching for the goal to get him to double digits.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Man United won't move for him
Manchester United are not going to sign Palmer in January, according to The Mirror.
ANALYSIS
The reasons behind this move are strictly financial, as Manchester United know Palmer is out of the team's price range right now. That could change in the summer, but as of now, the Red Devils won't make an approach for the star playmaker.
