Even though the Red Devils added Matheus Cunha in the summer, Fernandes should remain in his play-making role going forward. His usual creative spark combined with upgrades in the attacking line could translate to better numbers for Fernandes, who could easily generate 100-plus shots, 100-plus chances and 100-plus corners taken to go with his excellent scoring and assist numbers for a midfielder.
