Jordan Pickford News: Concedes two in defeat

Pickford recorded three saves and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-0 defeat versus Chelsea.

Pickford was beaten in the 21st minute when Cole Palmer swept Malo Gusto's through ball inside the near post, then conceded again right before halftime when Malo Gusto arrived to finish Pedro Neto's cutback. He otherwise produced three saves, including a strong stop to deny Reece James' free kick and another late intervention as Chelsea pushed for a third. Pickford will hope to rebound in Saturday's clash against Arsenal.
