Shines in UFC debut
FeatherweightUFC
April 4, 2026
McMillen defeated Manolo Zecchini via TKO (strikes) at 3:57 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
The rare fighter to earn a contract off Dana White's Contender Series with a decision victory, McMillen made his official company debut here as a -900 favorite and quickly found the stoppage he was unable to on DWCS. Facing an opponent in Zecchini that hadn't fought since September 2023 and was willing to engage McMillen in the brawl he was seeking, Tommy eventually wore down his overmatched opponent, finishing him with a wild exchange. McMillen is going to get some hype because he's one of the main training partners of Sean O'Malley, but expectations should be kept in check until he takes on some better competition. In the meantime, he'll walk away with an extra $100,000 after this quick bout was (oddly) awarded Fight of the Night honors.

Facing Zecchini in April
FeatherweightUFC
January 21, 2026
McMillen will take on Manolo Zecchini in a featherweight bout at UFC Vegas 115 on April 4, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
McMillen earned a UFC contrack via Dana White's Contender Series, besting David Mgoyan back in early September. Now, his debut with the promotion will come in early April, as he'll face an opponent in Zecchini who is also looking for his first UFC win, having lost his first bout.
Earns contract in DWCS war
FeatherweightUFC
September 4, 2025
McMillen defeated David Mgoyan via majority decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-28) at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. After the show, he was one of four fighters to be awarded an official UFC contract.
ANALYSIS
This was an all-out slugfest that McMillen started slowly, dropping the first round unanimously and even falling 10-8 on Sal D'Amato's scorecard. He battled back, however, winning the significant strike tally in Rounds 2 and 3, including an astounding 77 significant strikes landed in Round 3 alone. He gets the win and the contract, but considering he learned the news from a hospital bed, it may be some time before we see the 27-year-old featherweight make his official company debut.
