Lebosnoyani will take on Seok Hyeon Ko in a welterweight bout at UFC OkC on July 18, per Marcel Dorff of Heavy on Sports.
ANALYSIS
Lebosnoyani is coming off a win in his first UFC bout, narrowly besting Phil Rowe via unanimous decision. His opponent Ko, interestingly enough, is also coming off a win over Rowe, but he beat him via unanimous decision. Both fighters are on their first UFC contract and looking to stay perfect in the promotion.

Takes decision in UFC debut
WelterweightUFC
February 21, 2026
Lebosnoyani defeated Phil Rowe via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Houston.
ANALYSIS
Making his official UFC debut after picking up a 68-second knockout win on Dana White's Contender Series in September, Lebosnoyani did what he had to do and looked much better than the "split decision" term would lead you to believe. He was the only fighter this evening trying to make things happen. That led to three successful takedowns, 5:17 worth of control time, and a 66-54 edge in significant strikes landed. Lebosnoyani's cardio doesn't appear to be great, and a win over Rowe doesn't mean much in the early portion of 2026, but JPL handled his business in his debut.
Opponent misses weight
WelterweightUFC
February 20, 2026
Lebosnoyani's opponent, Phil Rowe, checked in at 172 pounds ahead of their bout on Saturday and it's unclear if the fight will proceed as scheduled, per MMAFighting.com.
ANALYSIS
Rowe missed weight by a pound, putting his bout with Lebosnoyani in jeopardy. At the moment, it's unclear if the fight will proceed as scheduled at a catchweight, and if so, what portion of Rowe's purse he'll be forced to forfeit.
Receives new opponent
WelterweightUFC
January 22, 2026
Lebosnoyani will now fight Phil Rowe at UFC Houston on Feb. 21, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Lebosnoyani was originally slated to make his UFC debut against Austin Vanderford, but an undisclosed issue forced the latter to pull out of the fight. Lebosnoyani will instead take on an opponent who has lost three of his last four bouts but boasts an 8.5-inch reach advantage over him.
Facing Vanderford in Houston
WelterweightUFC
December 22, 2025
Lebosnoyani will take on Austin Vanderford in a middleweight bout at UFC Houston on Feb. 21, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Lebosnoyani was awarded a UFC contract after besting Jack Congdon in Dana White's contender series. His first bout in the promotion will come in Houston against a fighter in Vanderford who's not much more experienced than he is in the promotion, carrying a 1-1 record into the bout. Lebosnoyani went 7-1 in the LFA before earning his UFC contract.
Fourth contract awarded Tuesday
WelterweightUFC
September 4, 2025
Lebosnoyani defeated Jack Congdon via KO (high kick and right hand) at 1:08 of Round 1 at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. After the show, he was one of four fighters awarded an official UFC contract.
ANALYSIS
Lebosnoyani entered this main-event spot as a betting favorite north of (-500) and looked exactly the part. Despite appearing to be the physically smaller fighter, the 26-year-old prospect showed efficient striking, landing a switch head kick that stunned Congdon before a follow-up right hand put him down for good. It could very well go down as the top finish of this Contender Series season and proved more than enough to be worthy of a contract. Lebosnoyani ate just six significant strikes as long as this fight lasted, so UFC fans may get to see him under the bright lights sooner rather than later.
