2026 Fantasy Outlook
After being relegated to the Korn Ferry Tour in 2024 following two years at the upper level, McGreevy won twice to earn his card back. He responded with his best year on Tour, posting five top-5s, including in each of the final two events as he looks to carry the momentum into 2026. McGreevy isn't a long hitter by any means but is one of the most accurate drivers on Tour with no other notable weakness. He's yet to elevate against better competition, but he'll have the opportunity having qualified for the first two Signature Events next year. Read Past Outlooks
Strong second round at TCHO
March 29, 2026
McGreevy posted a nine-under cumulative score at the Texas Children's Houston Open to finish tied with Karl Vilips for 19th.
ANALYSIS
McGreevy started the tournament out slowly with a two-over 72 on Thursday, but he surged up the leaderboard with a bogey-free, seven-under 63 second round that included three consecutive birdies from holes eight to 10 before going three-under over the weekend. He ranked 12th in both birdies made and driving accuracy, 17th in SG: Approach and T24 in GIR. McGreevy has made the cut in seven of 10 Tour events in 2026, but his performance in Houston was his first top-20 finish of the year and best outing since his solo second at the RSM Classic in November. He'll tee off at the Valero Texas Open next week, where he's failed to make the cut in three prior outings at TPC San Antonio.

2022
The former Oklahoma Sooner won twice and racked up nine top-10s throughout 25 Korn Ferry Tour starts in 2024, emerging victorious at the Memorial Health Championship in late June and the Magnit Championship in mid-August to ultimately wind up second on the Points List. McGreevy led the KFT in sand-save percentage throughout the season, while also ranking top-20 among his peers in total driving, GIR percentage, scrambling, putting average and total birdies. Additionally, he impressed during his two outings at the PGA Tour level this past season, posting T30-T11 results at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson and the Black Desert Championship.
McGreevy’s best finish in 2022 was a T5 at the Wyndham Championship, where he carded a four-day total of 13-under par and launched himself into the FedEx Cup Playoffs field. A few weeks prior, he posted 16-under at the Barbasol to finish T13. The PGA Tour rookie was rather hit-or-miss in his first professional season, only making 11 cuts in 28 total events. 2023 will be an important year for McGreevy as he sheds the rookie label and plays another full slate.
Having won the 2020 Price Cutter Charity Championship to go along with solo runner-up honors at the Club Car Championship in late March, McGreevy managed to finish 14th on the Korn Ferry Tour regular season points list despite missing 19 cuts in 41 starts. A former two-time All-American as an Oklahoma Sooner, McGreevy amassed seven total top-10s on the KFT in 2020-21, but he ranked just 63rd in ball striking and 49th in GIR percentage.
