2026 Fantasy Outlook
Sitting 159th in the points list in mid-July, Meissner only had one top-25 across his first 20 starts of 2025 following a promising rookie season. He found a way to turn the corner late in the summer, however, headlined by a runner-up finish at the Wyndham Championship. Meissner also made all five cuts in the fall with a pair of top-20s as he builds momentum heading into 2026. The SMU product features a solid all-around game, notably ranking 50th in SG: Tee-to-Green. He'll likely play a similar schedule that doesn't include the signature events, and it's easy to see steady progress in his third season without a clear weakness in his game. Read Past Outlooks

Meissner fired a final round five-under 65 at the Texas Children's Houston Open to finish tied for 28th place.
ANALYSIS
Meissner bounced back from an over-par third round by tying for the third lowest round Sunday in which he went bogey-free with five birdies. He led the field in the final round by hitting 16-of-18 greens in regulation and ranked 20th in SG: Tee-to-green for the tournament. The result breaks a stretch of three consecutive missed cuts for the third year Tour pro.

2025
2024
Meissner put together a respectable rookie season on Tour, finishing 106th in the FedExCup Standings on the strength of 10 top-25s. Statistically, it was a better season than his results would suggest as he ranked 21st in SG: Tee-to-Green, 16th in bogey avoidance while also being above average in driving distance and accuracy. Meissner also gained strokes on approach in nine of his last 10 tournaments. He'll need to improve his putting to work his way into contention more often, but there's plenty of reasons to think Meissner can continue to improve in is sophomore campaign.
Meissner, who qualified for the U.S. Open at Los Angeles Country Club this past June, closed out his 2023 Korn Ferry Tour campaign with 17 cuts made across 22 starts. He notched 10 top-25s, including a T2 at the Panama Championship, and he ranked 16th among his peers in GIR percentage.
