Smith has been one of the regular DP World Tour players for the last handful of years, and now he will get his chance to take up full PGA Tour membership. Smith put together a season in which he had six top-10s and 13 top-25s. He also made the cut in both of his major starts. Smith ranked 20th in SG: Tee-to-Green and eighth in GIR percentage on the DP World Tour. The ball striking has always been there for the 33-year-old, but the putting can be very streaky.
