2025 Fantasy Outlook
Buffalo's decision to draft Hairston at No. 30 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft provides the team with some much-needed speed at outside cornerback, though the rookie's light 5-foot-11, 183-pound frame could cause him some issues tackling at the NFL level. Still, a 4.28 40-yard dash paints the picture of Harrison as a cornerback capable of thriving in man coverage downfield, a skill set desperately needed for a Bills team hoping to emerge victorious in the AFC. Getting start Sunday
Hairston will be one of Buffalo's starting cornerbacks Week 15 versus New England as a result of Christian Benford missing the game due to a toe injury, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
This will be Hairston's second career start -- he previously got the nod Week 10 against Miami, when he logged one tackle and an interception while Benford was sidelined due to a groin issue. The rookie has, however, gotten plenty of reps since making his NFL debut Week 8, as he has typically logged a defensive snap share of around 50 percent. The conditions for Sunday's contest include frigid temperatures and possible snow, so it wouldn't be surprising if both squads go to the run game more often than usual.

IR in consideration
Hairston could begin the season on injured reserve due to the knee injury he suffered July 29, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Hairston avoided the worst-case scenario when he went down with a noncontact injury, but he just shed crutches Tuesday. It could still take considerable time for him to return to the practice field, causing coach Sean McDermott to acknowledge that injured reserve is a possibility. If Hairston does land on injured reserve, he'd be forced to miss at least the first four games of the season, and his absence would be a big blow to the Buffalo secondary.
