2026 Fantasy Outlook
Andrews averaged a career-low 24.8 receiving yards per game in 2025, which is less than half of his 53.2 yards per game from his first seven NFL seasons. His 70 targets marked his highest total since 2022, but Andrews recorded a paltry 422 yards and 8.8 yards per catch, both the worst marks of his career. Despite that drop-off, the Ravens chose in December to extend Andrews, who will turn 31 just before the start of the 2026 season, rather than the younger Isaiah Likely, who siphoned off 194 targets in four years. With Likely and Charlie Kolar leaving in free agency, Andrews seems to have less competition for snaps/routes/targets, though the Ravens reportedly have been in contact with David Njoku and other veteran tight ends. Baltimore will continue to rely primarily on the legs of Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson, with WR Zay Flowers by far the top option for the passing game (until Baltimore gets to the red zone). Andrews hasn’t missed a game in the past two seasons and has 17 total TDs over that span, but age-related regression appears well underway, potentially minimizing his impact outside of the red zone. Primed for larger role in 2026?
Andrews said Wednesday that he expects "a lot of opportunities in this offense" after fellow tight ends Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar left the Ravens this offseason, NFL.com reports.
ANALYSIS
More help is probably on the way, but so far Baltimore has only signed blocking specialist Durham Smythe to help replace Likely (Giants) and Kolar (Chargers) at tight end. The Ravens also lost long-time fullback Patrick Ricard, who followed Likely and coach John Harbaugh to New York. Andrews, meanwhile, is entering the first season of the three-year extension he signed in December, with his 2026 compensation fully guaranteed and his 2027 salary partially guaranteed ($5 million out of $9 million). The Ravens clearly have him ticketed for a key role under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, but that doesn't mean Andrews will approach his peak volume (or production). He'll turn 31 in September, coming off back-to-back seasons with less than 4.5 targets and 40 yards per game. Even the TD production slipped in 2025, with Andrews posting a 48-422-5 receiving line (compared to 55-673-11 in 2024) while finishing with career-low marks for yards per catch (8.8) and yards per target (6.0).

Andrews had a confounding 2024 season, bouncing back just as fantasy managers were ready to cut bait, only to disappoint again as soon as he regained trust. After opening the season on a five-game TD drought and posting 14 or fewer yards in three of those games, Andrews scored 11 TDs over the next 12 games, though he still had two scoreless outings with fewer than 30 yards over that span. He then struggled in the playoffs, notching just 27 yards against the Steelers in the wild-card round before losing a fumble and dropping a game-tying two-point conversion attempt against the Bills in the AFC Divisional Round. Andrews finished the regular season 20th among TEs with 69 targets, but 16 of those came in the red zone (tied for eighth most) and he led the position in TDs. His average of 8.9 yards before the catch in 2024 was the highest among TEs with 25-plus receptions, but he dipped to just 4.1 targets per game after averaging 6.1 in 2023 (and 7.5 in 2022). Andrews is back with the Ravens for the final year of his contract and will again face competition for playing time and targets from Isaiah Likely, who had 477 yards and six TDs in 2024. The two tight ends probably won't be on the same team come 2026, but it looks like they'll have one more year together, playing in an offense that figures to rank near the top of the league in TE target share and near the bottom in passing volume / total targets.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could be headed for rebound season
Andrews has a clear path to a significant increase in his target volume in 2026, Jeff Zrebiac of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The veteran tight end hasn't seen triple-digit targets since 2022, but Andrews has much less competition than he's grown used to with Isaiah Likely having left in free agency, and the Ravens electing to add only a couple Day 3 developmental options in Matthew Hibner and Josh Cuevas during the draft. Baltimore could have added an obvious successor to Andrews with the 14th overall pick, but they passed up taking Kenyon Sadiq to instead select guard Olaivavega Ioane. The 30-year-old Andrews still has two years left on his current contract, plus a club option for 2028.
