Playing time in jeopardy
Jenkins, who missed the last three games of the regular season due to an ankle injury, will have a hard time earning meaningful playing time in the wake of the Bengals trading for Dexter Lawrence, Charlie Goldsmith of Charlie's Chalkboard reports.
ANALYSIS
The Bengals have traded for Lawrence, signed Jonathan Allen and retained B.J. Hill as interior defensive linemen, and they still currently employ T.J. Slaton. Jenkins hasn't shined in his first two years with the Bengals after getting drafted in the second round from Michigan, tallying a combined 67 tackles and 4.5 sacks.

Might be on way out of Cincy
Jenkins could be traded or even cut this offseason, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
A second-round pick in 2024, Jenkins hasn't lived up to expectations and missed the final three games of last season due to an ankle injury. Since then, the Bengals have traded for Dexter Lawrence, signed Jonathan Allen and even used a Day 3 pick in this year's draft on another defensive tackle in Landon Robinson out of Navy. That puts Jenkins firmly on the roster bubble, especially with veteran B.J. Hill still under contract for one more season.
