Young was very good in his first two NFL campaigns, but he really broke out last season. The Tennessee product paced the Rams with a career-best 12.0 regular-season sacks, tied for eighth-most in the NFL. Still, it could have been an even more explosive campaign for Young if not for a stubborn knee injury, as 9.0 of those sacks came in his first seven contests. Young could be in line for a huge 2026, not only because of time to move past the knee issue, but also due to the addition of Myles Garrett, who is certain to draw an immense amount of attention from opposing offensive lines. The 2023 third-rounder was waived by the Raiders in August of 2024, and he missed the entirety of his second pro season due to a hamstring injury. Young should reprise a rotational role while playing in the final year of his rookie contract in 2026.
