2025 Fantasy Outlook
A severe ankle injury limited Ingram to just 18 appearances last season - all of which came with the Pelicans before he was dealt to the Raptors. Ingram's production in the limited sample was what we've come to expect from the veteran wing, though he did increase his three-point attempts from 3.8 per game in 2023-24 to 6.4 per game in 2024-25. That trend should continue this season while Ingram is starting next to non-spacers Jakob Poeltl and Scottie Barnes. He may also be asked to handle the ball less, as Barnes, RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley can all make plays and run the offense. In addition to potentially handling the ball less, it's a concern how often Ingram continues to get injured. In his nine years, he's played 70-plus games once and 60-plus games only four times. Ingram is a top-50 fantasy talent, but has more often finished outside of the top 100 due to absences. It may be more appropriate to draft Ingram after pick 75 this season as a result of the concerns. Read Past Outlooks
Well-rounded outing in win
Ingram recorded 24 points (9-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Saturday's 134-125 win over the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
After shooting 41.7 percent from the field in his previous two appearances, Ingram turned in an efficient performance Saturday and finished as Toronto's second-leading scorer. The veteran swingman contributed across the board and recorded at least 20 points, five rebounds and five assists for the ninth time this season. He also chipped in a steal and a block for just the second time this month. Ingram has reached the 20-point mark in four of Toronto's five outings following the All-Star break, averaging 22.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 34.6 minutes per game over that stretch.

After being limited to just 45 games in 2022-23, Ingram played a total of 64 regular-season games in 2023-24. He missed about three weeks of action beginning in late March but was cleared for the playoffs. However, he averaged only 14.3 points on 34.5 percent shooting as the Pelicans were swept by the Thunder in the first round. Aside from the rough time in the postseason, Ingram had a solid campaign averaging at least 20.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists for a third consecutive year. He also shot an average of 49.2 percent from the field, marking the second-best rate of his career. Additionally, he hit 35.5 from deep and made 1.3 three-pointers per game but shot 80.1 percent from the foul line, his lowest mark in the last five seasons. His play exhibited quite a bit of variance throughout the season, including 18 games scoring fewer than 15 points and 10 games with at least 30 points. He hit the 40-point mark twice, with a season-high 41 points on 16-for-21 shooting to go with six rebounds, nine assists and a block in a home win over the Raptors in early February. Despite being linked in trade talks throughout the offseason, Ingram is heading into his sixth season with the Pelicans and the final year of his current contract. No matter where he plays out the season, he has all the tools to remain one of the league's best scorers and playmakers on the wing.
