Grissom (oblique) had his rehab assignment moved to Triple-A Salt Lake on Tuesday, Taylor Blake Ward of TheSportingTribune.com reports.

Grissom began his minor-league rehab assignment with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Sunday, going 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in his only contest with the team. The 25-year-old has been on the 10-day injured list since June 8 while recovering from a left oblique strain, but he appears to be on track to return to the major-league roster in the near future.
