Back in team training
Adekugbe (Achilles) returned to team training Thursday and could be an option in the coming fixtures, according to Har Journalist of Equalizer Soccer.
ANALYSIS
Adekugbe has been working his way back from a severe Achilles blow suffered in June, and getting back on the training pitch is a significant step forward in what has been a lengthy recovery process. His return gives Vancouver a welcome option at left-back, where Tate Johnson has been holding down the fort in his extended absence. The Canadian international will need to be eased back carefully given the nature of the injury, but an apperance in the coming fixtures is possible if he comes through the final sessions without any setbacks.
