Petar Musa
28-Year-Old
FC Dallas
MLS
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Musa showed why he's a Designated Player for Dallas after a stellar first campaign in MLS. He managed to stay healthy most of the season, starting 27 times in 30 appearances. The forward led the team in goals with 16, assisting three times while averaging 3.4 shots per 90 minutes. The hope is that the pieces around him in Dallas are a little more consistent. If Dallas can do that, Musa could be set for even more production in 2025 with 20-plus goal involvements a good projection.
Six shots in loss
Musa had six shots (one on goal) and two chances created in Saturday's 1-0 defeat versus Los Angeles Football Club.
ANALYSIS
Musa stayed heavily involved throughout the match and nearly stole a late equalizer in stoppage time, forcing Hugo Lloris into a save from the middle of the box. He also teed up Logan Farrington for a strong chance right after halftime and saw a header drift over the bar in the same sequence. The striker finished with a season-high six shots and created two chances but couldn't deliver a goal contribution against the Black and Gold, leaving him with two goals in three games this season for Dallas.
