2025 Fantasy Outlook
Farsi didn't score a goal across his first two MLS campaigns but broke out with four during the 2024 season, finishing the campaign with a career-high six goal contributions. He served as the team's first-choice right midfielder for the second straight season and has 10 goal contributions in 50 starts in that role. He's set to play the same role in 2025, however, his ceiling may be limited. Columbus funnels more attacks on the left side of the pitch with Max Arfsten and although Farsi still has plenty of opportunities, that limits his upside. He also took just 13 shots during the 2024 campaign, so his four goals could be an outlier. While it's possible he can replicate his production of the past two seasons, there doesn't seem to be a path for him to improve those numbers significantly.
Remains out
Farsi (pelvis) is sidelined ahead of Saturday's season opener against Portland, coach Henrik Rydstrom said in press conference, according to Massive Report.
ANALYSIS
Farsi has been inactive since July 2025 and looks set to need more time for his recovery despite being previously expected to return for the 2026 opening week. The winger scored one goal and three assists over 18 MLS games played last year. His absence could mean more opportunities for Andres Herrera on the right flank.
