Signs for RC Lens
Cuisance has returned to France and signed with Lens on a deal through 2030, according to the club.

Cuisance has joined RC Lens on a deal until 2030 after arriving from Hertha Berlin marking his return to French football. The 26 year old Alsacian midfielder came through the academies of Strasbourg and Nancy before launching his professional career at Borussia Monchengladbach where he was voted player of the season by supporters in his debut campaign. A move to Bayern Munich followed in 2019 where he won the treble including the Champions League and worked alongside Dino Toppmoller who is now his coach at Lens. After spells at Marseille on loan and Venezia in Serie A he found his best form across two productive seasons at Hertha Berlin racking up 7 goals and 7 assists in his first year and contributing 3 goals and 5 assists last season. Sporting director Jean-Louis Leca described him as technically gifted with the work rate and creative quality to suit Lens perfectly and pointed to his resilience and consistency as key factors behind the decision to bring him in.

Cuisance revealed a "failed medical" wasn't the reason why he couldn't join Leeds United, according to Sky Sports.
