Vuskovic signed with Brighton on a five year deal with an option for a further year after departing Tottenham, the club announced.

Vuskovic came through Hajduk Split's academy, making his senior league debut two days after his 16th birthday in February 2023 to become the joint youngest appearance maker in Croatian top flight history. He spent time on loan at Radomiak Radom and Westerlo before a loan move to Hamburg last season, where he won four Bundesliga Rookie of the Month awards and the overall Rookie of the Season honor while earning a spot on the Bundesliga Team of the Year. The center back has scored 16 goals in 78 senior club appearances and has also netted for Croatia, whom he represented at this summer's World Cup. Brighton have submitted a new offer to sign Vuskovic, according to Sky Sports.

The Seagulls have submitted a new bid worth £42 million plus £3 million in add-ons. Vuskovic is open to leaving Tottenham in search of a regular first-team role, and since manager Roberto De Zerbi is open to his departure, all signs point toward him leaving the club to play regularly, as that won't be the case with the Spurs.
