Suffers foot injury
Antonio suffered a foot injury during the clash against Rennes and will miss between one and two months of competition, coach Pierre Sage said in the press conference.
ANALYSIS
Antonio is set to miss at least a month after picking up a foot injury against Rennes, taking him out of the picture for the Sang et Or. It is a tough break for Lens, especially with Samson Baidoo (hamstring) and Jonathan Gradit (leg) already sidelined, as Antonio was in line for a bigger role in the rotation. Matthieu Udol should slide back into a more central spot, while newcomer Arthur Masuaku is poised to take on significant minutes right away on the left flank with his new club.
