Signs five year deal with Ipswich
van Oevelen has signed a five year contract with Ipswich Town from FC Volendam, according to the club.

van Oevelen made 32 Eredivisie appearances last season, part of a total of 64 appearances in all competitions since making his senior debut for Volendam in May 2024. The 22 year old goalkeeper will link up with his new teammates at Ipswich's training camp in La Manga, Spain, this week, joining a goalkeeping group he is expected to strengthen as the club returns to the Premier League.
