Panichelli (knee) underwent surgery on his torn right ACL in Lyon on Thursday, one week after suffering the injury while on international duty with Argentina, according to Cyril Olives Berthet of L'Equipe. "It's a step back, but it will serve to give me even more momentum. I'm starting a personal challenge that will be beautiful to take on. I will give everything, as in everything I undertake," Panichelli wrote on Instagram.
