He chipped in three goals and two assists while holding his own defensively in a high-usage role, recording 53 tackles, 33 interceptions, and 82 clearances, outstanding numbers for a breakout campaign. His ability to remain consistent despite his age made him the fifth most-used player in the squad with more than 2,500 minutes. With more responsibility likely in 2025/26, Rodriguez could become a key figure in the back line, though clean sheets may still be hard to come by.
