Thiago joined Brentford last summer but made just eight appearances due to a serious injury and an infection after surgery. Despite that awful start to life in England, he now steps into the Brentford team with a surprising opportunity for a large role in the attack. Before joining Brentford, he scored 18 goals with Club Brugge and he's expected to shoulder a significant load for the Bees now that he's fit. The thought is that if fit, there will be minutes for him given the player movement that Brentford has had.
