Ndombele assisted once to go with zero corners and one chance created in Sunday's 4-1 win over Nantes.

After beginning the 2026 calendar year with back-to-back starts, Ndombele logged only one minute across his subsequent two appearances. Despite the one minute, he assisted Tom Louchet's goal in their game against Nantes. Ideally for the former, his latest performance gets him back into Nice's regular rotation for future games after what seems like a drop-off in role.
