Sisniega's contract option has been exercised, the club announced.
Sisniega will remain the backup goalkeeper of San Diego for more time after that his contract option was exercised. During the 2025 MLS season, the goalie featured in eight games and contributed 21 saves and six clearances to secure three clean sheets.
