Maffeo recorded an own goal and three crosses (one accurate) in Saturday's 3-1 win over Elche.

Maffeo helped the opposing team equalize when trying to intercept a dangerous pass in the 21st minute, but he played the full game and racked up a few defensive stats against Elche. He made the initial squad for the 11th time in a row, adding to his totals of 23 crosses, 45 clearances and 25 tackles over that period. Still, it has been far from a good season by his standards in terms of attacking production, with one goal and no assists so far.
