Lucas Abascia News: Signs with Queretaro

Abascia is a new player for Queretaro after leaving Central Cordoba in Argentina, according to the club.

Abascia should help strengthen a Gallos team that has recently deployed Santiago Homenchenko at center-back alongside Diego Reyes (hamstring). The Argentinian has some experience in South American leagues, where he was a regular defensive contributor. During the last league campaign in his country, he averaged 7.1 clearances, 4.1 balls recovered, 2.1 tackles and 1.7 interceptions per game.
