Jesus Garza News: Makes four interceptions in win

Garza recorded four crosses (one accurate), four interceptions and four tackles in Thursday's 1-0 win over Toluca. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 63rd minute.

Garza was active in both crossing and defensive duties, posting season-high marks of tackles, interceptions and clearances during the first leg of the Apertura finals. He has made four consecutive starts at right-back since taking over the spot in a surprising change that pushed Javier Aquino to the bench. The 25-year-old has assisted twice over 16 games played in the current campaign, but he's reliable for defensive actions when given plenty of time on the field.
