Henry Kessler News: Joining Charlotte

Kessler signed a one-year contract with Charlotte FC on Thursday. The deal includes club options for June 2027 and the 2027/28 MLS season.

Kessler was discussing a potential return to St. Louis City SC, but in the end, he decided to sign with Charlotte instead, in a deal that could be a two-and-a-half-year contract if all the contract options are accepted. Kessler started in 15 of his 17 appearances with St. Louis in 2025, and he figures to have a steady role with Charlotte as well.
