STRIKERS

Wayne Rooney, EVE at BUR (€8M) and/or Cenk Tosun, EVE at BUR (€6M): Tosun hasn't started in over a month but at this price he's certainly a player to watch once the first lineups of the day are announced. Rooney is more likely to have a starting spot, and while the matchup isn't ideal, he gives us a cheapish forward from the first game to lock in points.

Peter Crouch, STK at SOU (€7M): Crouch is back in contention after missing out the last two weeks with an ankle injury. Whether he makes the starting lineup or not is yet to be seen, but believe it or not the 6-foot-7 striker has been extremely serviceable on The Six when he's in the starting lineup. Crouch topped 15 points without a goal or assist in his last start, winning 18 duels and earning 0.5 points for each duel won.

MIDFIELDERS

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, LIV v. NEW (€9M): Oxlade-Chamberlain had an assist and scored 14.3 fantasy points versus West Ham last Saturday. He hits double figure points more often than not when he's in the lineup, and with James Milner nursing an injury we can feel a little safer about Oxlade-Chamberlain getting another start even though he plays in the last game on the slate.

Riyad Mahrez, LEI v. BOU (€8M): Mahrez scored 12.65 fantasy points in his first Premier League start in over a month, getting off three shots in addition to other peripheral stats. He's still too cheap for the type of firepower he can provide, and we need to continue to exploit the value until his price increases.

Son Heung-Min, TOT v. HUD (€7M): Son played just 10 minutes off the bench at Crystal Palace last week, but he's projected to reenter the starting lineup Saturday against Huddersfield. When he's in the lineup he's an integral part of the Tottenham attack and would make for a strong value in an enticing matchup at €7 million.

Ashley Westwood, BUR v. EVE (€6M): Westwood gives us exposure to the early game and serves as the weekly reminder to seek out value from the first lineups in order to squeeze the heavy artillery in. Westwood had 7.70 fantasy points last Saturday, and if he exceeds a point per euro that's all we're looking for from players in this price range. Anything else is icing on the cake.

DEFENDERS

Serge Aurier, TOT v. HUD (€7M): Aurier has started the last two games, and he's a double-digit fantasy-point machine whenever he's in the first XI. He scored 13.55 points in helping Tottenham keep a clean sheet at Crystal Palace last week, and if he keeps his starting spot he'll continue to have 2x value upside.

Stephen Ward, BUR v. EVE (€6M): Ward topped double digits in his return to the starting lineup after missing out for nearly two months. It's important to occupy roster spots in your lineup with value players from the early game, and Ward fits the bill as a defender with double-figure upside for just €6 million.

Konstantinos Stafylidis, STK at SOU (€6M): The Greek international hit 10.45 points in his first start for Stoke, and he'll likely continue to be given starts for his new club down the stretch. It's always tough to count on a player when we're unsure if they'll start or not, but if Stafylidis continues to produce in the double -digit point range his price won't be this low for too much longer.

GOALKEEPER

Jordan Pickford, EVE at BUR (€8M): Pickford has landed on exactly seven points in each of his last two starts, and while it doesn't happen as often with goalkeepers, he gives us the peace of mind knowing that we don't have to worry about a potential late scratch or spot start at the position from a later game.
