Fit or Miss: Premier League Injury Tracker - Gameweek 38

The final week of the Premier League season is here and with few teams having something to play for, we could see plenty of regular players rested to avoid any kind of injury risk ahead of this summer's World Cup.

As a reminder, the players mentioned below are only a few of those that are battling injuries, or getting ready to return. If you're looking for a full list, you can find that here. And if it's a specific player you're looking for, just search for them above and all of their injury information will be listed on their player page.

Cardiff City vs. Chelsea
Cala will miss out due to a red card ban. Kevin Theophile-Catherine and Gary Medel are both dealing with illnesses but they are expected to play. Frank Lampard is also dealing with an illness and he could be forced to miss out. Samuel Eto'o is an injury doubt after picking up a knee injury in training Friday. John Terry could also be held out after picking up a knock in training Thursday. Ramires will miss another match due to his four-game ban for violent conduct. Oscar continues to deal with a hip injury and with Chelsea virtually unable to win the title Sunday, he will likely sit out.

Fulham vs. Crystal Palace
Damien Duff will miss out due to a knee injury he suffered at beginning of March. Cameron Jerome missed Monday's match with Liverpool due to an illness, but he is expected to return.

Hull City vs. Everton
Allan McGregor, who is working his way back from a bruised kidney, is trying to reach fitness for Sunday's match in the hopes of being fully prepared for the FA Cup final the following weekend against Arsenal. Paul McShane will face a late fitness test to see if his ankle, which has kept him out since February, is well enough to let him play. Lacina Traore could make his Premier League debut after training Tuesday and Wednesday. Steven Pienaar is also set to return from a knee injury.

Liverpool vs. Newcastle United
Liverpool have no major injuries to note, while Newcastle will be without Papiss Cisse (knee) and Davide Santon (hamstring).

Manchester City vs. West Ham
Sergio Aguero is expected to return from his groin injury, although he admitted Friday that he may not be 100 percent. Jesus Navas (ankle) and Matija Nastasic (knee) are also expected to be available. Marco Borriello (hamstring) is out for the Hammers.

Norwich City vs. Arsenal
Norwich will be without Joseph Yobo due to a calf injury, ending his loan spell after just eight appearances. On the other side, Jack Wilshere looks likely to return from his ankle injury, along with Kieran Gibbs, and Aaron Ramsey (thigh). However, the will still be without Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who is out with a groin injury.

Southampton vs. Manchester United
Gaston Ramirez faces a late fitness test due to an ankle injury, while Maya Yoshida will miss out with a knee injury. Meanwhile, Phil Jones will miss out after suffering a shoulder injury Tuesday against Hull City, while Wayne Rooney is considered a significant doubt due to a groin injury, despite training this week.

Sunderland vs. Swansea City
Lee Cattermole faces a late fitness test after picking up an ankle injury Wednesday. Michu will continue to sit out with his ankle injury, and he'll be joined by Chico (foot) and Angel Rangel (groin).

Tottenham vs. Aston Villa
Younes Kaboul is out after picking up a red card last weekend. Etienne Capoue looks set to return from his ankle injury, but Spurs will be without Jan Vertonghen (ankle), Mousa Dembele (ankle), Kyle Walker (pelvis), and Nacer Chadli (groin). Gabriel Agbonlahor is set to return from his knee injury, although Marc Albrighton will need to pass a late fitness test due to a groin injury.

West Brom vs. Stoke City
Liam Ridgewell looks ready to return from a knee injury, but the Baggies will be without Steven Reid. Ryan Shawcross returns from a red-card ban.
