Zhou Guanyu

Last season was the first in Formula One for Guanyu. It was marked by an 18th-place finish in the standings with six points scored and a best finish of eighth in Canada. With seven DNFs, an improvement in 2023 would simply be finishing races more frequently. Another area that would help him move further up the standings is extracting the most from qualifying. Guanyu had just two top-10 starts at Silverstone and Monza, and starting lower on the grid makes it much more difficult to finish higher on race day. Guanyu was a consistent finisher, though, which is an important thing for fantasy players to remember in 2023. That consistency makes him an immediate feature among the top-12 finishers, which could quickly turn into frequent top-10 potential with the improvements highlighted earlier.
