June 19, 2026
Blachowicz (knee) will fight fellow light heavyweight Bogdan Guskov at UFC Belgrade on Aug. 1, according to the promotion.
ANALYSIS

Injured and out for UFC 328
Light HeavyweightUFC
April 18, 2026
Blachowicz (knee) will not fight Bogdan Guskov at UFC 328 on May 9, according to Mike Bohn of MMAJunkie.com.
ANALYSIS
After a tough round of sparring, Blachowicz suffered a meniscus tear in his knee, and its recovery will require a lengthy amount of time that will force him out not only for UFC 328 but also indefinitely. He may have to wait a while to break his four-fight winless skid. It is unknown when Blachowicz will return, but he may finish 2026 without having fought anybody in the year.

Blachowicz will fight Bogdan Guskov at UFC 328 on May 9, Aaron Bronsteter of TSN.ca reports.
ANALYSIS
Blachowicz will get a quick rematch after his majority draw result against Guskov back in December. The Polish native is still in search of his first win since 2022 but just needs to land one solid punch for things to sway in his favor.
Digs deep to earn draw
Light HeavyweightUFC
December 6, 2025
Blachowicz and Bogdan Guskov fought to a majority draw (29-28, 28-28, 28-28) at UFC 323 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
This fight went off as a pick 'em, and there ended up being very little separating the two inside the Octagon. Set to turn 43 years old in February, Blachowicz started quickly, firing off plenty of low kicks and absorbing no real damage in Round 1. That changed when he was dropped by a Guskov bomb early in the second frame. He was lucky to survive the frame. Jan found his bearings and proved to be the better conditioned athlete, getting the best of the action in Round 3. The result was entirely dependent on whether or not you gave Guskov a 10-8 score in Round 2. As for Blachowicz, he's still without a victory (0-2-2) dating back to May 2022.

Blachowicz will fight Bogdan Guskov at UFC 323 on Dec. 6, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Blachowicz returned from a nearly two-year absence in March and lost to Carlos Ulberg via unanimous decision. He'll have a chance at redemption at UFC 323, where he'll face Bogdan Guskov, who's won four straight matches with a stoppage.
Falls in return from long layoff
Light HeavyweightUFC
March 22, 2025
Blachowicz lost to Carlos Ulberg via unanimous decision (28-29, 28-29, 28-29) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in London.
ANALYSIS
Blachowicz had plenty of things working against him here. He's 42 years old, hadn't fought since July 2023 and was coming off a serious shoulder injury. When you take all that into account, he actually looked fine against a much younger opponent that is likely to fight for the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship sooner rather than later. Neither man accomplished much in what was a low-event bout. Jan's cardio wasn't as strong as usual, and he looked hesitant to let his hands go. He also attempted just one takedown (it failed), and that came in the dying minutes. Maybe things will improve if he comes through this fight healthy and gets more frequent reps inside the Octagon, but that's far from a guarantee given his age and injury history.
