Ezra Elliott

Sets UFC record in debut win
FeatherweightUFC
July 18, 2026
Elliott defeated Damien Anderson via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Oklahoma City.
ANALYSIS
This fight was booked earlier this week, which undoubtedly played a role in Elliott missing weight by 1.5 pounds on Friday morning. He forfeited a percentage of his purse to Anderson in order for the bout to proceed and then went on to set a UFC featherweight record with 12 successful takedowns on 18 attempts. Those dozen tries resulted in a whopping 11:01 worth of control time. That's the good news. The bad news is that Elliott managed just six significant strikes despite his positional advantage. The MMA Lab product turned just 26 years of age in May. Assuming the weight issues was a result of the circumstances and not a sign of things to come, Elliott is a legitimate prospect at 145 pounds.

Set to debut in OKC
FeatherweightUFC
July 14, 2026
Elliott will take on Damien Anderson in a featherweight bout at UFC OKC on July 18, per Marcel Dorff of Heavy on Sports.
ANALYSIS
Elliott boasts a 7-0 pro record, but he's set for his UFC debut against another debutant in Anderson, who is also undefeated as a professional (5-0). Elliott most recently fought at RUF 68 in May, where he scored a win via TKO in the first round.
