2025 Fantasy Outlook
Raddysh put together a career season last year, registering six goals, 31 assists and a plus-9 rating in 73 regular-season games. The journey for the undrafted blueliner hasn’t been easy, but he has become a legitimate top-four defenseman with the Lightning. He wasn’t a big physical presence, finishing with 38 hits and 68 blocked shots in 2024-25 after the prior season in which he recorded 75 and 105, respectively, but he took major strides on offense. He saw consistent time on the power play, posting nine points while averaging 1:47 per game in that situation. Now in the last year of a two-year, $1.95 million contract, the 29-year-old will enter 2025-26 motivated with the chance to reach free agency for the first time in his career. Raddysh has gotten consistently better each season, so don’t rule out a 40-point campaign if he continues on his upward trajectory. Read Past Outlooks
Goal scoring extends into playoffs
Raddysh scored a power-play goal in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Canadiens in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference First Round on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Raddysh continues to channel his best Al MacInnis with his hard shots from the point. Teammate Victor Hedman (personal) remains out, and Charle-Edouard D'Astous (undisclosed) was unable to return to Game 1 after a hard hit in the second period. Raddysh will remain the Bolts' lead actor from the back end in Game 2 on Tuesday.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2023
2020
Raddysh was never drafted by an NHL franchise and had to spend five campaigns in the AHL before getting his first taste of NHL action during his sixth pro season. Even then, Raddysh didn't become a full-time player until 2023-24 at the age of 27 (he's now 28). It's a feel-good story about how perseverance can pay off, and unlike other late bloomers, he even provides a decent amount of fantasy value. While the Canadian defenseman isn't going to be headlining squads, his six goals and 33 points in 82 outings last season is still noteworthy, and with his position on the top pairing alongside Victor Hedman seemingly secure, Raddysh should provide 30-40 points in 2024-25.
