Scott Wedgewood News: Stuck with tough loss

Wedgewood stopped five of six shots in relief of Mackenzie Blackwood in Wednesday's 8-6 loss to the Canucks.

He's been the better of the Avalanche's two goalies lately, going 6-2-1 over his last nine outings with just 13 goals allowed on 191 shots. Expect both netminders to get a game over the weekend as the Avalanche visit the Stars on Saturday and host the Blues on Sunday.
