Jesper Bratt News: Goes off for five points
Bratt tallied a goal, distributed four assists and put two shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Capitals.
Bratt was one of two players for New Jersey to record five points in Thursday's outing, joining his linemate Jack Hughes. Bratt did most of his damage from late in the first period and beyond, as he played a hand in all of New Jersey's final five goals in the contest. Overall, the 27-year-old winger is up to 20 goals, 46 assists, 162 shots on net, 67 hits and 24 blocked shots through 75 games this season. He's been on fire since the Olympics with 25 points over his last 18 games, which is tied for eighth in the NHL. Fantasy managers who were patient with the nine-year NHL veteran are being rewarded down the stretch, as Bratt is now on pace to secure 70 or more points in each of his last five seasons. He has elite fantasy value for the remainder of the regular season.
