Jarvis was nine-under through the first two rounds of the tournament. However, any hopes for a third victory on the DP World Tour this season was dashed after his one-over 72 score in the third round, when his six birdies were countered by seven bogeys, three of which came over the final four holes. It was still a solid performance out of the young South African, one week after his T65 at the PGA Championship. Jarvis is listed in the field for the Austrian Alpine Open next week.
