2024 Fantasy Outlook

Like many rookies, Young stumbled out of the gates in his debut season, making just three of his first 13 cuts before finding form with a T-3 at the alternate event Puerto Rico Open. He got through sectional qualifying to play in his first major championship at LA Country Club (where he missed the cut) and ended up with a decent six top-20s on the season. The biggest obstacle for Young is around-the-green play, where he ranked a dreadful 185th. Young failed to break 70 after opening with a three-under 68 in Thursday's first round, but he finished his week in Bermuda ranked T9 among the field in driving accuracy. Despite a T62 result, he fell just three spots to No. 89 in the FedExCup Fall standings. He'll peg it again this week at Sea Island for The RSM Classic, where he's placed T71-MC the past two years.
