2026 Fantasy Outlook
A torn hamstring sidelined Noren for the start of 2025, leaving him unable to make his debut until mid-May. The rust showed for much of the summer until he closed the regular season with back-to-back top-10s. The veteran turned his attention the DP World Tour thereafter, where he won twice in a three-event stretch including the flagshap BMW PGA Championship against an elite field. At 43-years-old, Noren is playing arguably the best golf of his career and can contend to win often on courses that don't put a large emphasis on driving distance. Read Past Outlooks

ANALYSIS
Noren ranked just 69th of 72 among the Signature Event field in SG: Ballstriking, and he's now lost at least 4.64 strokes on approach in three consecutive starts dating back to a missed cut at the RBC Canadian Open. On a more positive note, he gained 4.38 strokes with the flat stick and he converted 18 of 25 total scrambling opportunities at TPC River Highlands. He'll tee it up next at the Genesis Scottish Open where he tied for 10th in 2024.

When Noren started his PGA Tour career in 2018, he was thought of as a late-bloomer with a lot of potential. Well, late-bloomer in the sense that he was already 35 years-old by the time he started his career on the PGA Tour. Though he's had his moments over the past seven seasons, he never broke through in a major way. 2024 was actually his best season on the PGA Tour, but even in that season he could only muster four top-10s and his winless streak extended to seven full seasons. Noren enters this season at age 42, and even though he probably has a couple good years left, the odds of him improving upon his numbers from 2024 seems highly unlikely.
