Calf
January 4, 2026
Turner suffered a calf injury in Sunday's 20-18 loss to the Browns, Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News reports.
ANALYSIS
Turner sustained the injury late in the second half, and he was ultimately unable to return to action. With Cincinnati's season now over, the cornerback will have plenty of time to recover from the injury during the offseason.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Turner began his rookie season playing mostly on third downs, but by Week 12 he had emerged as one of the Bengals' starting corners, splitting time with Chidobe Awuzie. It was a bit of a baptism by fire for Turner, as he allowed four touchdown receptions over the last quarter of the campaign. As the starting corner opposite Cam Taylor-Britt, Turner will likely see plenty of action this season.

Extension talks underway
CBCincinnati Bengals
June 15, 2026
Turner's representatives are in talks with the Bengals about a contract extension, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Executive vice president Katie Blackburn acknowledged Monday as mandatory minicamp got underway that re-signing the cornerback could be a challenge given the team's salary cap situation, however, especially with other key young players like Dax Hill and Chase Brown also headed into the final year of their rookie contracts. "It's something that we'll have to work through," Blackburn said. "Love those guys. ... We obviously have our work cut out for us as to how to try to figure out how to retain them while we have the other commitments that we have." Cincinnati currently has five players on the roster with cap hits of at least $20 million, a group Turner is likely looking to join after a strong 2025 campaign.
