DMO (4-9) vs SN (5-8)
Dominus Esports have played really well lately and even though they played Victory5 in their last series, they decided to sub in a new mid laner and still smashed their opposition. This team with their new coach has looked better as of late taking games against solid teams in Bililibi Gaming and Rogue Warriors, and even the games they get 2-0, they still have a solid foundation every game. I was never an Oh My God believer, but they did beat Suning Gaming, and then got subsequently smashed by their next opposition. As a result, Suning Gaming just looks like the bottom of the barrel, particularly limiting themselves in drafts, and we have seen them get punished because of it, limiting their upside.
Prediction: DMO 2-1
Bets: DMO ML (+165)
DMO players to target: Xiye (MID $7,000), Gala (ADC $8,000), Mark (SUP $4,800)
EDG (8-4) vs FPX (9-3)
In preparation for the playoffs, I analyzed the Vici Gaming/FunPlus Phoenix game in which FPX needed a W to keep their playoff hopes alive. FPX had a gold lead in Game 3, but then punted a couple of fights. I'm not saying those poor decisions were because of Khan, but since VG coach Kkoma has personally

I'm not saying those poor decisions were because of Khan, but since VG coach Kkoma has personally worked with Khan, it was pretty easy for VG to counter-pick him. EDward Gaming finally have their entire roster back, as evidenced by the thorough handling of LNG Esports. We didn't get to see carry Jinoo which seems like a strategic choice to ease him back into the roster. Both Jinoo and JieJie had average performances as expected, but their carry was in Hope who was amazing on the Kalista. I still think EDG has some things to work out now that they have their full squad, while FPX after a long week of games should be refreshed and ready to earn a top-2 spot.
Prediction: FPX 2-0
Bets: FPX -1.5 (-110)
FPX players to target: Gimgoon (TOP $6,200), Tian (JNG $7,200), DoinB (MID $8,000)
IG (10-2) vs BLG (5-8)
Invictus Gaming were stomped by JD Gaming, thanks in large part to Kanavi, who I called in the previous article. I wasn't expecting a 2-0 JDG, but they played the map so well and punished iG so hard in every aspect of the game. That was a weird series overall in that iG could of won Game 1, but ended up over-extending and punting the game away. Bilibili Gaming has won some games recently, but they've been flawed, with Top Esports essentially not playing to their potential, while a bunch of others they've just flat out punted or been flattened. JinJiao is their problem as he gets caught out a lot during teamfights and iG is a team that punishes you in teamfights if you don't know how to kite out certain players. iG stylistically is bad for BLG, as they want to fight and cause mayhem around the map, while BLG want to play by the books. With FPX and eStar near iG in the standings, you'd have to imagine they come out with their front foot forward in an effort to secure first place.
Prediction: IG 2-1
Bets: N/A
IG Players to target: TheShy (TOP $6,800), Puff (ADC $8000), Southwind (SUP $6,200)
LCK - DragonX (12-4) vs AF (7-9)
LCK is boring again so these will be quick writeups. DragonX vs DAMWON Gaming was a sweet game to watch, and a sweat. DragonX are such a good teamfighting unit and they are able to turn a bad situation into something positive. AF came out and looked pretty good, but not enough to take on one of the top three teams in the LCK. This should be a good LCK game to target for DFS as they both love to fight even though their first bout ended in a low-scoring game. They went to all three maps and this was when Afreeca Freecs was looking to be one of the better team in the LCK.
Prediction: DragonX 2-0
Bets: N/A
DragonX players to target: Pyosik (JNG $6,800), Chovy (MID $7,200)
HLE (5-11) vs GenG (13-3)
Gen.G is winning this game and this is a stayaway for me. LCK teams don't like to punt games like other regions do.
Prediction: GenG 2-0
Bets: N/A
Gen.G Players to target: Clid (JNG $6,600), BDD (MID $7,400), Ruler (ADC $7,200)
