SP vs. SB

Sandbox has made some great improvements this split after bringing in Yamato Cannon as head coach. They now take on a very weak SP, and the only path to victory would be if SB blunder the draft pretty hard and with Yamato at the helm, I don't see this happening. Fate and Route are the kill leaders for SB, but not by a huge difference (57 to 54, respectively). Look to Sandbox as a pretty safe option to play on a slate where we could see some upsets.

Prediction to Win: SB 2-0

  • SB Players to Target: Everyone on SandBox

 JDG vs. BLG

JDG have had a very good split, currently sitting at 10-2, but the one interesting thing is that they don't have the best early gold lead at 15 minutes, which can hurt them if BLG are able to gain an early lead and get that onto some powerful champion picks. JDG are the better mid-to-late game team fighters, so your decision will rely on what you think is a better position to have in the game. JDG should take this series, but I do see BLG taking one game due to a better draft and early game in a region

JDG are the better mid-to-late game team fighters, so your decision will rely on what you think is a better position to have in the game. JDG should take this series, but I do see BLG taking one game due to a better draft and early game in a region where nothing is certain. BLG also need this win to stay alive in playoffs, so look for them to come out swinging. LokeN and YaGao lead the team in kills with 137 and 112, respectively, while LvMao has a solid 72 percent kill participation to complement LokeN at ADC.

Prediction to Win: JDG 2-1

TES vs. IG

Top Esports vs. Invictus Gaming is going to be one of the most entertaining series this split for a couple reasons. TES and IG are both top-tier teams coming into form right before playoffs which is a very good sign. We also get JackeyLove against his old team, which makes me wonder if he has spilled old secrets about the thought process of IG. If either team wins this match, I won't be surprised one bit since you can make cases for both teams. Knight in the mid lane is still the main man for TES with 156 kills and a 76 percent kill participation, leading the team in both. JackeyLove and Karsa take the second and third spots for kills clocking in with 123 and 76, respectively, so look at these three to provide scores in a TES win. On the side of IG, look to Puff, who leads the team in kills with 140, with TheShy trailing him at 112.

Prediction to Win: TES 2-1

KT vs. DYN

KT and DYN are neck-and-neck trying to get into the playoff race, sitting at 4-7 this split. Both teams are also coming into this series on a losing streak, so someone is breaking this Sunday. DYN did get the better of KT in their first matchup this Summer in a 2-0 series, but KT now look like the better team despite their season-long stats being close. The one I would like to point out is the gold difference at 15 minutes, where both teams are negative but KT is down by less and the better early game team will win here. Aiming on KT is the kill leader by a wide margin sitting at 83, with the second spot going to Bono in the jungle.

Prediction to Win: KT 2-1

  • KT Players to Target: Aiming ($7,400) Bono ($6,400)
