HLE vs. SP

Our first game of the LCK features two of the worst teams in the leage. SP have been able to win only one series this split against well, you guessed it, HLE. Both teams won't be making any significant strides in the LCK rankings, but this could be a good target for DFS. In HLE's two game wins this season they are averaging 20 kills per win, though this is obviously a small sample size. On average, HLE gives up 15 deaths per loss, which is nice for the LCK. Meanwhile, SP has won four games and is averaging 15 kills per game. This seems like a pick-your-poison matchup if you want to be involved in this one. SP's kills for Summer are split among the team pretty evenly but ikssu in the Top lane leads the team with 35 kills, while Secret on the support role leads in kill participation at 67 percent.

Prediction to Win: SP 2-1

VG vs. TES

First off, Leyan is serving a suspension for the first game of the series and Aix will be starting in the Jungle. After Game 1 it's possible that Leyan could

VG vs. TES

First off, Leyan is serving a suspension for the first game of the series and Aix will be starting in the Jungle. After Game 1 it's possible that Leyan could come in if Vici want to make a change. I don't think that will be relevant since this should be an easy sweep for TES coming off a loss to Victory 5. I expect TES to come out swinging to get back into the No. 1 team in the world form. The only way I see playing VG is to get a different share of players in a large field contest. Every lane and jungle matchup favors TES, which will be an easy clean sweep for the first game of the LPL.

Prediction to Win: TES 2-0

  • TES Players to Target: Everyone

JDG vs. FPX

FunPlus Phoenix are struggling after a poor showing against Rouge Warriors in their last matchup, and things don't seem to be getting any better going up against a strong JDG team. Out of the LPL dogs I will say that FPX does have a better chance than VG. The clear favorite is JDG, who are averaging 18 kill per win this summer, which is good for the LPL. LokeN is still the kill leader by a large margin at 111, with YaGao coming in second with 86. The bot lane of JDG is a great spot for fantasy as well because they hold the top two positions in kill participation. There is a chance FPX can take a game here if things go right in the draft and the early game, so JDG could forfeit the game not played bonus.

Prediction to Win: JDG 2-1

DRX vs. DYN

Our last series of the slate features a top-tier team of the LCK in DragonX against a middle-of-the-road Team Dynamics. DragonX will most likely get an early lead since DRX gold difference at 15 minutes is a plus-1221, which means a strong early game for DRX. Chovy in the mid lane is the kill leader for DRX with 84 this Summer, while Deft is second at 71. In terms of kill participation, Pyosik sits at the highest with 78 percent, but everyone on the team outside of the Top laner Doran is above 70 percent, which is a good sign for stacking DRX.

Prediction to Win: DRX 2-0

  • Players to Target: Chovy ($7,600) Deft ($7,800) DRX Team ($5,800)
