ELEAGUE will host the first CS:GO Major for 2017 in the Fox Theatre in Midtown Atlanta. Serious TBS and Twitch coverage to follow.
CS:GO: ELEAGUE to host first 2017 Major

We don't normally announce out-in-the future events here on RotoWire, but we think this is big enough news worthy of an exception.

CS:GO is going to host the first major of 2017 in Atlanta in the ELEAGUE studios. This means joint TBS and Twitch coverage. The Major Qualifier is December 15-18 presented live on Twitch. The Grand Final, awarding $1 million to the first place team, will be televised live on TBS on Sunday, January 29th.

And, frankly, the announcement video is pretty bad ass. Could use a little more pashaBiceps gun show, but still, enjoy:
